Join Us

Launched in 2023, the Bajaj Pulsar N160 is a stylish and powerful contender in the 160cc motorcycle segment in India. This street bike meets the needs of riders seeking a balance between performance, comfort and fuel efficiency for daily commuting or leisure cruising.

Attractive design inspired by its elder sibling

The design of the N160 is derived from its bigger brother, the Pulsar N250. The sharp front has projector LED headlamps with LED DRL, which gives an aggressive look. The sculpted fuel tank and side panels create a sleek profile, while the comfortable split-seat design promises a comfortable riding posture.

Power packed performance with everyday efficiency

The Pulsar N160 is powered by a 164.82cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled DTS-i engine that produces 15.68 bhp of maximum power and 14.65 Nm of peak torque. This provides a good balance of acceleration to navigate city traffic and enough power for highway travel. The engine is mated to a smooth-shifting five-speed gearbox. Fuel efficiency is a strong point, the N160 returns a claimed mileage of around 44.38 kmpl, making it economical for daily riding.

Safety First: Braking and Handling

The N160 comes in two variants: single-channel ABS and dual-channel ABS. The single-channel ABS variant offers anti-lock braking for the front wheel, while the dual-channel ABS offers ABS for both the wheels, ensuring greater stopping power and preventing wheel lockup during hard braking, especially On slippery roads. Telescopic suspension at the front and a monoshock at the rear provide a comfortable ride and confident handling.

Advanced features for connected rides

Bajaj has equipped the 2024 N160 with a new fully-digital instrument cluster that displays a range of information including speed, RPM, fuel gauge, trip meter and gear indicator. The latest update also includes smartphone connectivity, allowing riders to access features like call and message notifications on the instrument cluster.
