Google will be launching the Google Pixel 7 Pro and Google Pixel 7. After a long, 3-year gap, it is the first flagship smartphone in India to be launched soon today . The Google Pixel 3 XL and Google Pixel 3 were the most recent flagship models to be introduced in India. However, the company has offered the Pixel 6A and Pixel 4A in order to keep Pixel phone lovers interested. All the specifications, like the features, design, specs, and price, have already been revealed, which has left very little to imagine. But Google has confirmed a few features and details.
The Google Pixel 7 Pro and Google Pixel 7 will be launched globally, including its first smartwatch, the Pixel Watch, in India, and will also showcase a bunch of Nest hardware. The Nest device lineup, which includes a wired Nest bulb and Nest doorbell, has been teased in several videos just a day before the launch.

According to a report by WinFuture, the price of the Google Pixel 7 will start at 649 Euros (about Rs 52,000). The Pixel 7 Pro is expected to cost EUR 899 (approximately Rs 73,000). Past developments suggest that the launch price of both smartphones will be similar to that of the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro last year. We can expect the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro prices in India to be slightly higher than the direct conversion mentioned above.
Google announced on Flipkart that those who will pre-order the Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7 can buy the Pixel Buds-A Series TWS earphones at Rs 5,999 (MRP: Rs 9,999). Customers can also purchase the Fitbit Inspire 2 fitness tracker at Rs 4,999 (MRP, Rs 7,999). And the offers that will be available in the form of coupons can be availed of on the smartphone at delivery time.
Google Pixel 7 specifications
The Google Pixel 7 is claimed to have a FHD AMOLED 6.30-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1080×2400 pixel resolution. It will be equipped with a customised Tensor G2 chipset under the hood. It can be offered with 8GB of RAM and comes in two storage options, including 128GB and 256GB.
Google Pixel 7 will be fitted with a dual rear camera setup. According to rumors, the main camera will have a 50 MP sensor, while the ultra-wide angle camera will have a 12 MP sensor. A 10.8MP selfie camera with face unlock can be found on the front. The Google Pixel 7 is said to come equipped with 30W wired fast charging support, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a 4700mAh battery, and Android 13 out-of-the-box.
Google Pixel 7 PRO
Google Pixel 7 Pro specifications include a 1440×3120 pixel resolution, a 6.7-inch LTPS AMOLED display, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is also powered by Google’s own Tensor G2 chipset and has Android 13 operating system. Apart from this, it will come with a punch-hole display design and be equipped with a horizontal camera module at the rear panel. The phone will come with 12GB of RAM and come in two storage options: 256GB and 128GB.
In the camera section, you can get a telephoto 48 MP camera in addition to the sensor with 50 MP. And the ultra-wide-angle camera will be offered with a 12MP sensor. On the front, the Pixel 7 may have the same 10.8 MP selfie camera with face unlock as the Pixel 7. You can get it with a 5000mAh battery that supports 30W charging. Both these smartphones are likely to get an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. Google has announced before that the Pixel 7 will come in Obsidian, Lemongrass, and Snow colour options, and the Pixel 7 Pro will get Obsidian, Hazel, and Snow colours.
