A new electric scooter was spotted being tested in Bangalore as the government promotes electric vehicles. It’s covered in camouflage, so we’re not sure if it’s from TVS, Ultraviolette, or Other.

Based on leaked images, it seems unlikely to be from TVS since it doesn’t have KA registration plates. So, it could be either Ultraviolet or Other, but we’ll find out soon.

The scooter has stylish handlebars positioned higher, offering more comfort for riders, especially when making sharp turns. It features a single-seat arrangement, providing extra room for the rider.

In the pictures, we can also see a telescopic fork and a front disc brake. The headlights are expected to be LED, along with LED daytime running lights (DRLs). However, we can’t confirm these details yet. We also don’t know if it’s an electric or fuel-powered scooter. Still, the design and style suggest that the Indian market may soon have a new electric vehicle.

Conclusion

The mystery electric scooter spotted during testing in Bangalore indicates a growing shift towards electric two-wheelers in response to the government’s EV push. While its manufacturer remains uncertain, it’s not likely to be from TVS. The scooter’s design, with higher handlebars and a single-seat arrangement, promises added comfort and maneuverability. The presence of features like a telescopic fork and LED lighting suggests a modern design. Whether it’s an Ultraviolet or Other product, it hints at an imminent addition to the Indian electric vehicle market, aligning with the country’s evolving automotive landscape.
